Nicole and Shameet Married in Fremont, CA

This was an unexpectedly bride-heavy post for me!  Nicole and Shameet had actually been married the week before in a Catholic ceremony.  Both of them were pretty unfamiliar with Shameet’s family’s customs, with constant whispers of “bow here” or “hold this” throughout the ceremony, but even for all that, about a hundred people showed up to see them married at the Fremont Gurdwara.  They were both pretty adorably nervous throughout the day, and their families were both very loving, delivering lots of laughs in the post-ceremony speeches.  All in all, it was a pleasantly low key affair with warmth and affection to spare.
